Pixel Scrapper has a designer challenge to create dotted papers. I've created two different sets; this one called "Dotted Fever" and the other is called "Neutral Crazy Dots".
As always, these papers are full size. They are PU/S4H/S4O. Please do not redistribute them. Enjoy!
