Scrap Using Project Life Template #9

I've used Project Life Template #9 for this scrap.  As mentioned in a previous post, I am making an album for myself (I've made several in the past and had them printed by never one for myself) of a vacation I took with my parents for my dad's 80th birthday.  He always wanted to see Mount Rushmore in South Dakota, so I took them.  It was great to spend several days with my parents!

 

Once again I've used "Rustic Charm", which is this month's free blog train at Pixelscrapper.  I absolutely love this train and have used it for at least 4 scraps and I will no doubt used it again and again!  HERE is the direct link to the preview of everyone's contributions along with each person's link to their kits. 



Free Project Life Scrapbook Page Template #8

I've decided to use the pocket scrapping style to create an album with many of the photos I took during a vacation in June of 2013.  I've done several scraps with a few of the photos from that trip, but I always felt like those few pages simply didn't really show just how awesome that trip was.  So, in addition to the templates I'm posting for my Project Life 52 album I'm doing for this year, I'll also be posting the templates I make for this vacation album.  I hope many of you are enjoying these!!

As with all of my templates they are PU/S4H/S4O and CT friendly.  They are full size and in .psd format.  The only thing I ask is that you not redistribute these templates as is and claim as your own.

Scrap from Pocket Scrap Template #8

It finally dawned on me that pocket scrapbooking is the perfect style for all those vacation photos scrapbookers always take.  So with that revelation in mind, I'm going to get an album put together for me!  Here is the overview page and one of the album pages.

I used Rustic Charm, the free February 2015 blog train at Pixelscrapper on the 1st scrap.  On the second scrap I used Oregonian by Marisa Lerin, available at Pixelscrapper
